Follow the program administrator's application process and deadlines. Approval and payment are determined by the program, not guaranteed by an equipment quote.
Heat pump incentives are not tankless incentives.
A promotion for a heat-pump upgrade should not be assumed to apply to a standalone tankless water heater. For a combined project, confirm which equipment is eligible and which program covers it. Current rules should always be checked with the program administrator.
